Our dorm rooms are furnished with
a queen-sized bed and Private bathroom.
Experience community life here with fellow UBC undergraduate students. Throughout the year, there are weekly gathering nights, special events and other student-led activities along with an annual retreat where friendships can be fostered and flourish. Our Dean of Students also work closely with the Resident Assistants to enhance the student experience.
We are passionate about discipleship and spiritual growth. Between regular Bible study with fellow students, worship nights, and the opportunity for mentorship from other Carey staff, residency at Carey Hall provides unique opportunities for Christian formation. By living in community with fellow sojourners, having more meaningful conversations about life, and meeting with our Dean of Residence, allow you to experience life-on-life discipleship.
Our dorm rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed. All rooms are single occupancy, completely furnished with a queen bed, desk, chair, desk lamp, dresser, mini fridge, cable with TV, floor lamp, closet, shelf, and private bathroom. There is a personal telephone landline in each room for free local and toll free calls. WiFi access is throughout the building. Each room is also supplied with an ethernet cable to plug in directly or to set up one’s own wireless router.

*Internet, utilities, and the residence meal plan are included in residence fees. The $300 refundable damage deposit should be paid with the Term 1 payment. Parking is available for Student Residents at $440 per semester for indoor parking, subject to availability. New students coming for Term 2 will be required to pay a $750 non-refundable deposit five days after acceptance. $50 late fee applies for all late payments.
